BRIEF:
Tacloban City was completely devastated by the Typhoon Haiyan, one of the strongest tropical cyclones ever recorded. Relief goods and donations poured in from all over the world to aid the recovery. However, Tacloban now needs more than just relief. They need jobs.
IDEA:
Tacloban is open for business. It had everything businesses need to thrive. It has lots of real estate, a ready and wiling workforce, and a competitive nature that refuses to be put down. With all that, it could take the destruction that Typhoon Haiyan wrought and build from it a flourishing new city.
This was the winning entry for the Philippine Young Lions Competition.
Winners represented the Philippines in the Cannes Young Lions Print Competition.
